The HOPE Team (Homeless Outreach Partnership Effort) is comprised of three individuals and focuses where the homeless live…on the street and in the woods.  This team serves the homeless in the tri-county area of Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.  This vital team assists the homeless in obtaining mainstream benefits such as SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, Veterans benefits.  By referring clients to resources for transitional housing and to treatment programs, alternatives to homelessness become available.  The HOPE Team’s diligence, grassroots approach and consistency with the homeless and their estranged families often culminates in joyful reunions.
